I have used the following steps to migrate Apple Business Manager Managed Devices from one [[mobile device management (MDM)|MDM]] server to another. 1. Gather identifying information (serial number, IMEI, etc.). 2. Adjust MDM server assignment inside the Apple Business Manager Portal to use the new MDM server. 3. Trigger remote wipe command from losing MDM. Preserver mobile data plan if possible. 4. Follow device setup steps, the user should be prompted to enroll in new MDM during setup.
