> I confirmed with Dell Support that this is the best way to image a thin client. They suggested using the Wyse Imaging Tool, however this did not work.
## ThinOS ISO Image

1. Go to www.dell.com/support.
2. In the Enter a Service Tag, Serial Number, Service Request, Model, or Keyword field, type the model number of your device. For example, OptiPlex 3000 Thin Client, Latitude 3440, or OptiPlex 7410 All-in-One.
3. Select the product from the searched results to load the product page.
4. On the product support page, click Drivers & Downloads.
5. Select the Operating System as ThinOS PCOIP.
6. Select the Download Type as Operation Systems.
7. Download the latest version of the file labeled Recovery image file.

> Since this is a ZIP file, the ISO image file has to be extracted.
