# Previous Versions (Shadow Copies) 1. Check if file versions has the file history you need. 1. Right click on the file and select "Restore Previous Versions" ![[Pasted image 20250226152106.png]] # Veeam 1. Locate what server is running Veeam Backup and Replication Console. This should be documented in the Veeam Backup asset layout (usually the Hyper-V host). 2. Login to the server and open Veeam Backup and Replication Console. 3. Under restore reason put the ticket number. 6. Navigate to the file and select it. 7.
