To configure a phone to be provisioned with [[TrueVOIP]], create a ticket with TrueVOIP [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Include the phone model, phone MAC address, and the user that the phone should be assigned to. If the phone is for a new user/extension then you will need to follow the [[TrueVOIP User Provisioning|user provisioning guide]]. [[TrueVOIP]] has global provisioning so the phone just needs an internet connection and it will be provisioned.
